This DVD features an introduction to the foundation of yoga, eating disorder recovery and weight management , one hour of a yoga practice and one-hour of group support / discussion with "real people" working to over come their struggle with food, body image and emotions. Participants on the DVD are active or former participants of our Reconnect with Food® program. You can interactively participate in the yoga flow and look introspectively while viewing the discussion component. Keep pen and journal, along with a box of tissues by your side.

Registered dietitians (RDs) and Dietetic Technicians (DTRs) will receive 2 continuing professional education units (CPEUs) for completion of this program/materials.  $49.95 with 2 CPEUs and $34.95 without CPEUs.
